Does anybody while watching the beginner videos or complete beginners video not checking words or grammar points but your brain describing how’s something is done in your native language for example?

Simply: yes, quite often. As a fully formed adult it’s hard to avoid. “Oh, this “x” I’ve heard so often just seems to be exactly the same as “y” in my language!”
My personal experience with CI in another language is that this starts to go away once you’ve internalised the basic grammar and sentence structure and can think more about what’s being said rather than how it’s being said. Probably close to intermediate level I would say where it’s a bit more free flowing.
My advice is to not worry about it, nor overthink it. Just take it as a little win that its working. You’ll notice it a lot less after encountering it a few more times.
