I just joined. I just created a playlist and autofilled it. Two questions —
When I watch all of the videos in the playlist(for the day), can those videos reappear on next day’s playlist(autofilled)?
Is the playlist pulling the videos while taking the filters into account? Say I pick Yuki and then select the levels. Can it pull randomly from different levels as well?
Ideally I’d like one giant playlist with all of yuki videos, maybe in a sequential order that removes the watched ones from it so I can just hop on and off whenever I am free.

Yes, there is a checkbox in the Playlist settings that will disable removing videos from the Playlist after you watch them. Below I have a screenshot for you.
Autofill does take the filters into account, yes. If you want to have a Playlist of all of Yuki’s videos, you could select all difficulties and select only Yuki sensei in the filters. Then when you autofill, it will only pull those videos you want. If you want it from oldest to newest, select “oldest” in the filters.
I hope this helps. The filters are a great way to create whatever sort of Playlist you want.

Yeah actually I just wanted to make sure that it does remove the watched ones. But also the next day’s playlist doesn’t add it back(which it doesn’t based on the filters).
